　　中国福马机械集团有限公司（ CHINA FOMA (GROUP) CO.,LTD ）创建于 1979 年，属中央企业，也是国家 520 户重点国有企业。

　　公司总部设在北京，现拥有 13 家子公司，其中包括常林股份、林海股份、苏福马股份三家上市公司，还与日本小松、雅马哈、韩国现代等国际著名企业合资建立了多家企业，分布在北京、上海、天津、广州、哈尔滨等中心城市和江苏省等东部发达地区，经营网络遍及全国。本公司在马来西亚建立了贸易经营机构。

　　本公司为中国林业机械行业唯一的全国性大型生产经营企业，生产经营人造板及木工机械、小动力机械及摩托车、工程机械、工具刃具等四大类计 300 多种产品。本公司对中国人造板成套设备的发展有着深远的影响力。本公司生产的营林机械、木片生产设备、定厚砂光机生产线、单板干燥、人造板二次加工生产线、浸渍干燥生产线等关键设备的国内市场占有率高达 50 ％以上。本公司产品出口到美国、加拿大、日本、德国、东南亚等数十个国家和地区。

　　本公司不断深化改革，转换机制，调整结构，强化管理，不断推动体制、机制、管理和科技创新，长期保持了稳定增长的发展势头，为林业生产建设提供了大量先进适用的技术装备，为建立比较完备的林业生态体系和比较发达的林业产业体系做出了重要贡献。

　　经国家有关部门批准，以本公司作为核心企业组建的福马集团，是跨行业、跨地区的全国性企业集团，有成员企业 36 家。

China Foma (Group) Co., Ltd. (CFMC) was established in 1979, and it is one of the 520 major state-owned enterprises directly under the leadership of the Central Government.

Headquartered in Beijing, China, CFMC has 13 subsidiaries including some listed companies such as Changlin Co. Ltd., Linhai Co. Ltd. and Sufoma Co. Ltd.. In addition, CFMC has set up a number of joint ventures with some world-class enterprises including Komatsu and Yamaha from Japan and Hyundai from Korea. These subsidiaries are located in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Harbin, and in some eastern developed areas such as Jiangsu Province, with their marketing offices spreading all over the country. CNFMC has also established its trading and marketing facility in Malaysia.

CNFMC manufactures and markets more than 300 products, which can be classified into four categories including synthetic wood-based panel and woodworking machinery, mini-type power generating machines and motorcycles, engineering machinery, knifes and tools. Of all the products manufactured by CNFMC, forestation machinery, wood chippers, wide belt sander and sanding line, veneer dryers, 2 nd processing equipment for wood-based panel and series horizontal impregnation production line have occupied over 50% of the domestic market share. Many of these products have been exported to many countries and regions such as the U.S., Canada, Japan, Germany, and some Southeast Asian economies. CNFMC is the leading manufacturer of the wood-based panel facilities development.

Approved by the relevant government department, Foma Group was established on the basis of China Foma (Group) Co., Ltd. To date, the group has developed into an intertrade and transregional enterprise with 36 group members.
